RICHARD MALIN - Professional Home Inspector and Owner: Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts and taught high school building trades. He is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors® (ASHI), a charter member of PRO-ASHI, Pittsburgh Chapter, and a past president of PRO-ASHI. He is a member of both the International Association of Electrical Inspectors® (IAEI) and the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists® (AARST). Richard is certified by the National Radon Safety Board® (NRSB) as a Radon Measurement Specialist. He and his wife Janet, have 2 adult children, Mike and Ally, and 3 grandchildren, Maddie, Nathan and Zac who live in Atlanta, Georgia. In his spare time, Richard is an avid boater and enjoys being out on the rivers of Pittsburgh with his wife and his dog. He is a certified Vessel Safety Examiner for the United States Power Squadron Pittsburgh chapter.
ILA MEIXNER
Radon Technician: Ila is a DEP certified radon tester, and she attends continuing radon education classes. As a real estate agent, she has a working knowledge of the home inspection industry. She and her husband, Kurt, her two boys, Bergen and Rutger, her daughter, Giada, their dog, Hunter, and cat, Hemi, all live in the Shaler area of Pittsburgh. She enjoys gardening, swimming, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
OUR RADON TECHNICIAN AND OFFICE STAFF: Ila, Eileen, and Robin make every effort to be friendly and helpful as they answer your home inspection and radon questions. They will also explain our radon testing procedures as well as that of any of our other services. When you call to schedule your appointment or need help with a follow up call, they will be the ones with whom you will be speaking.

Comes from a large Italian family. She loves to cook, bake and shop! Her daughter, Destiny, is an X-Ray Technician at Magee Hospital and her husband, Ron, is in the financial industry. She has two yorkies, Sammy and Lucy.
